Cresport Media, established in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce / KvK number: 42122866), is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy. We handle your data with care and comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who we are
Cresport Media is a media and content company that produces, publishes and analyzes video content for social media platforms, using official software integrations (APIs) with platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

2. What data we process
- Contact details — when you email or message us: your name, email address and the content of your message.
- Account data of our own channels — through platform integrations (APIs) we exclusively manage social media accounts that belong to our own company, or for which the rightful owner has given us explicit permission. In doing so we process account names, published content and aggregated statistics (such as views and interactions).
- Technical data — when visiting this website, standard server data may be processed (such as IP address and browser type) for security purposes and the proper functioning of the site.
We do not collect personal data from viewers or followers of social media channels other than the aggregated, non-identifiable statistics provided by the platforms themselves.
3. Why we use this data
- To respond to your messages and requests;
- To manage, publish and analyze content on our own social media channels;
- To improve our services based on aggregated performance data;
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
We process data on the following legal bases: your consent (e.g. when contacting us), the performance of an agreement, our legitimate interest in managing and improving our own channels and website, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Sharing with third parties
We never sell your data. Data is only shared with service providers necessary for our operations, such as hosting providers and the social media platforms we connect with through official APIs (including Google/YouTube, Meta and TikTok). The privacy policies of those platforms apply to their respective services. Where required, we enter into data processing agreements with our processors.
6. Google API Services
To the extent our applications make use of Google APIs, our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Retention periods
We do not keep personal data longer than necessary: contact messages for a maximum of 2 years after handling, administrative records in accordance with the statutory Dutch retention period of 7 years, and API access credentials for as long as the relevant integration is active.
8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure storage of access keys, and restricted access to our systems.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and the right to object. You may also withdraw previously given consent at any time. Send your request to info@cresportmedia.net; we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
10. Cookies
This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies. Only functional or technically necessary cookies may be placed, which do not process personal data for commercial purposes.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The most current version is always available on this page, with the date of the latest change shown at the top.
